Star Party with Geneva Lake Astrophysics and Steam

Weather permitting, we will gaze into the night sky with expert astronomer Adam McCulloch from the Geneva Lake Astrophysics and STEAM (GLAS) team. Galt Airport community, families and friends along with EAA 932 members are welcome to join us for a Saturday evening of star gazing. Meet at the FBO. Starting at 7pm, GLAS will give a brief introduction followed by 3-4 activities that demonstrate different astronomical objects. Telescopes will be available for viewing 1 hour after sunset. Private Pilot Ground School

Hot Air Balloon Flying

EAA Ch. 932 Fly-Out to Manitowoc – Wisconsin Maritime Museum
Join EAA Chapter 932 on a fly-out to Manitowoc Wisconsin, (KMTW), for a tour of the USS Cobia WWII submarine at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. Transportation will be by Uber or cab once we arrive at KMTW. Tours will run from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at a cost of $20.00 per person. Guided tours are about 45 minutes long or you can tour on your own. There are also a number of other exhibits in the museum to explore. Barnstormer’s Day

Start the day right with our outstanding pancake breakfast, hot off our giant rotating griddle, served 8am – 11. Check out the airplanes and vintage cars, and swing to the music of a live big band. There will be kid’s activities and games so bring the whole family for a fun day at Galt Airport. Funds raised from this event support EAA Chapter 932's non profit endeavors, such as, local aviation scholarships and aviation & STEM programs for kids and young adults.

Young Eagles Rally

EAA Chapter 932 pilots will be providing FREE airplane rides to kids 8 to 17 years old. Registration is required for an airplane ride.
